Melling Link Sewer Structures

Tascon constructed the concrete foundations for a 15 m tall wastewater structure at the new Melling interchange, engaged by Action Civil to deliver the concrete works package on the Western Hills main sewer line.

The scope was a 500 mm deep reinforced foundation slab, cast in situ on a blinding layer, followed by a capping slab and the fixing down of the PKS manhole structure using threaded rod anchors.

Tascon supplied and fixed the reinforcing, formed and poured the slabs, and fixed down the man hole to the concrete base for the Action Civil Team.
