Horokiwi Asphalt Plant Concrete Foundations

Tascon delivered the concrete works for a new asphalt plant at Horokiwi Quarry — around 500 m³ of concrete across the site, from underground foundations right up to columns supporting the bins and aggregate storage. Tascon handled the excavation, prep, concrete placement and backfill throughout.

The scope covered concrete retaining walls, foundations and underground foundations, 800 m² of slabs, ramps, concrete paving, slip channels, and the supply and placement of concrete barriers, plus a range of other miscellaneous concrete works across the plant.
